Posting this here since I've tried 3 times to use the technical support form (with a crash each time), since there's no customer support phone number or simple email listed anywhere that I can see, and since I've bought 2 games in 24 hrs that have failed to work. I've been a customer for a while GOG - please don't make me go back to STEAM. Contact me please. Thanks.

Whenever I try to launch this game I get the following error -- 'ToEE.exe does not work'. I have tried disabling UAC, changing directories, changing compatibility mode, updating drivers, and updating DX.

In addition, under game titles this form says I have no purchased games which is incorrect.

In addition, this is my 3rd time to attempt filling out this form. Each time it has crashed when I hit 'send'. I am not going to upload the dxdiag report this time in hopes that it will work.

In addition, I just bought another game (Baldur's Gate 2) today that won't work b/c the install file is evidently corrupted.

You guys are losing a customer pretty quick here.

Operating system ? Computer specs ?

Have you installed the CO8 patch ? You've downloaded all three BG2 files before running the installer ?

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit. Yes I installed C08. Yes I downloaded all 3.

All of this info is in the DxDiag that I'm trying to send to GOG. I've spent 2 days reading posts about this. Now I just want to contact GOG which is also not working. I appreciate the help, but all I really want now is customer support to acknowledge my existence.

It's 5 in the morning right now. People in Poland need to sleep too!

Clearly you are 'that' guy since my comment to GoG had nothing to do with you nor did it warrant a personal attack.

For all of the non a-holes out there...

I'm using IE
GoG Downloader doesn't work either.
I'm sent back to the form fill out screen.
I realize what time it is in Poland, but I'd rather not stay up late, which is why I'm posting now.

Aaaaah... so it is NOT a crash. It is known "bug" - you are not getting confirmation BUT your info was mailed to support. You need to wait now.
