I already own Fallout1/2 (retail) and Freespace 1/2 (from GOG), for the 2nd one i was looking at Giants: Citizen Kabuto, maybe... what do you guys think? any other hidden gem i should check?

I'd suggest Giants and Sacrifice.

Can't believe that it has been a year. What a great year. Where did the time go? Oh yeah...Fallout 1/2/Tactics, Freespace 1/2, CMR 2005, Lionheart, Invictus, Duke Nukem 3D, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon, Stonekeep, Peasants and Merchants, the Gothic Series, TOCA, Flatout, Arx Fatalis and a few others I can't think of off the top of my head.

As a present, I'll give you $18.00. No cake or ice cream for me, thank you, but I'd like Sacrifice, Giants Citizen Kabuto, both freespaces, Anteus Rising and Jagged Alliance 2 unfinished business.
I was also considering Die by the sword but was wondering what to pair it with.
I knew waiting a bit would pay out. If it hadn't been for the Prince of Persia / Beyond Good and Evil promo, I would have bought Sacrifice and Giants then and there. But now I'm willing to celebrate it big.
tick tock, the clock is ticking and people are waiting. :-D
(edit) Pairing done. I think I'll pick Shogo, one of your gems of the week. I was wondering if I should pick Lionheart, but I've been playing Neverwinter Nights, got the Fallouts which i haven't started and i'm not sure if I want another RPG on my menu. I think a nice FPS like Shogo should do.
