JMich: Correct me, you claim that people that accept Origin's EULA are more probably to install toolbars, since they don't read it, thus allowing stuff that track them. I say that Steam also has the same thing in the EULA, and people don't read that either, so by your logic, people that use steam also install toolbars.
What part have I misunderstood?
A while ago, the media was full of sensational "ORIGIN IS SPYING ON YOU!11" headlines, so even people who never read the EULA would have found out about it.
As for Steam -- what does that have to do with anything? By the way, yes, I do think that people who use Steam are also more likely to install Alexa than people who refuse to use Steam over privacy concerns. That's beside the point, though.
