fexen: At this moment we're all in the range of your magic spell.

stoicsentry: Fortunately you at least saved against the Arc Lightning. Which is fitting, if you think about it, Arc.

Ok so let's get this party staaaaaaaaaaarted...Wanderers!
At the moment we are just waiting for Exile.

Exile moves to C2 & uses Tank on Elk. 0 uses remaining. The next time White Elk is dealt physical damage, it will be prevented. Instead, Exile will lose 2HP.

Heroditus stays put.

Elk moves to E2 & casts Arc Lightning. Elk has 1 use remaining for Arc Lightning.

Sly Cooper takes 2 damage.
Milkman takes 2 damage.
Arc'Nak'Kar failed to save against the damage, takes 2.

Updated HP:

Sly: 26
Arc'Nak'Kar: 26
Milkman: 29

Heroditus: 33
Exile: 33
White Elk: 28

New map attached.

Blue team's turn!!!!!!

__________________________________________________________________________

The crowd erupted into a wild roar as White Elk cast Arc Lightning for the second time. The roar grew, and grew and grew, until at last the adventurers began to wonder whether the crowd noise was due to the Lightning or not.

A pit grew in Arc'Nak'Kar's stomach. Listening intently, he could swear he detected the clang of sword fighting far in the distance, closing in on the fighting pit. He looked up at the stands, and noticed a few onlookers running for the exits.

"Nevermind that for now. We must press on", the Milkman grunted.

I updated the blog with information about all level 5 specializations.

Level 3 specializations are obviously already up there. (You will reach level 3 after this game, so I would advise checking it out and letting me know if anything seems overpowered or underpowered.)

I also added a store, which you will gain access to after this game. Give you a hint as to what's to come. I'm adding a lot of stuff including environmental factors, special items and armor (not to mention the subclasses and new skills!)

Hey looked at that store and I can't imagine what you have...
*puts on glasses
...in store for us in the future

YEEAAAAAHHHH!!!

;)
Seriously, many interesting items, I can't imagine what devious challenges you have for us!

Cool, thanks, and looking forward to your game no doubt.

Here's also a sample of the type of map that might be used. Created using Civ5 map editor for now, because it's the best I can do.

Oh and whenever your team's moves are ready, just let me know, thanks!

That looks really good, just what is this golden circle in the middle?

Good question! In CIv5 it's supposed to represent "ruins", but no one in the world of Vue has explored it yet, so it would be impossible for me to say.

No, seriously, that kind of stuff will be part of the game, to find out... if you happen to make it there first and are daring enough to explore it. (It's written up already so it's predetermined but it will also depend on your choices)

While trying to keep the game balanced, I'm also going to be making the game a bit more interesting with twists and turns.... INCLUDING in this round (hence Arc'Nak'Kar's premonitions)

:P

Glad my team has learned that they can move without me :) Both have my permission to move if I'm not around.
Yeah, I'm trying to keep the pace up to a reasonable level, where each team has at least 1 turn per day. So if it comes down to it, anyone can post their team's moves.

True Enough. Wanna get my ideas for the next game?

Sure thing!

Have you checked out the blog?

Ton of stuff posted there from the store to level 3 subclasses (which you can pick after this game), new skills/spells, etc.

Ok, well feel free to share any new ideas you might have, or recommendations!
Hey Stoic, how long do you think it'll be until round 6 starts? Is it going to be a team vs team rpg like round 5? Can I sign up now for the next round?
