A New Beginning - Final Cut (GOG)
After playing Deponia, I become very fond of Daedalic's game, so I will also want to try this one.

There was a time GG having CK2 and DLCs on sale but I had no fund. I had CK2 on Steam, and I thought the GG version was also for Steam, so I asked for help and promised the return when my fund arrived. Hawk52 offered me help and bought me the DLCs. Only when I was redeeming the DLCs from my email, I found out that the DLCs wouldn't work with the Steam version of CK2. I was quite sad since I would have to buy the base game on GG again and I would miss that sale on that one. When I was about to finish redeeming all the DLCs (13~14 emails), I suddenly found that the last email actually was CK2 the base game! I was confused and shocked at first, then realized Hawk52 bought me a copy of CK2 when he found out my problem. Later when I got my fund, he only asked for a game worth the price even less than the DLCs combined as return. I think only GOG has given me this kind of experience online.

I would like to enter for Neverwinter Nights: Diamond Edition, because I received lots of positive feeback regarding this game, I never had the chance to play it yet and I would love to try it (besides it is a DnD game, and a Bioware product (loved SW: KOTOR which was fantastic), so I am pretty sure it's a brilliant crpg).

This forum is just great because as some people mentioned above, there are plenty of hearty persons on this forum, willing to help you or give you some advices. It is a place where newcomers are welcomed and not looked down by "elders" (can't think of another name right now). Besides, it is not just restricted to games only, as one can find threads about music or movies amongst others. It is a place where people share a common interest for things that matter to them (ok that's the goal of forums one can say, but I personally feel that this "passion" is more present on this forum).
Finally, it is really fun when one joins a thread in which there's a little game (say you need to guess which letters are there in the sentence, or post a picture about something etc and you may have the chance to win a game, it is awesome).

Thank you for this giveway and +1

PS: It is maybe out of topic, but I really appreciate GOG's customer service, they are very kind and take the time to reply to your questions. They have my support at GOG and CD Projeckt, and I am glad to see them "shine", because thanks to the awesome games they released, and this DRM free website, people may tend to want to know more about Poland, be aware of it, even want to visit it etc (I do not want to bring polemic, nor offend anyone etc, but there are some countries that plenty of people are unfortunately unaware of) so keep up the good work GOG/CD Projeckt!

I'll enter for Neverwinter Nights and Mass Effect 3. As for experiences on the forum, aside from giveaways like this, I'm always amazed by how many people randomly give codes to people who just ask for them. Threads like the gifting threads seem to be filled with them.
im in, these are the games im interested in, in this order:

1) A New Beginning - Final Cut (GOG)
2) Neverwinter Nights: Diamond Edition (GOG)

when i was just starting out as a member, i had a member be so kind to give me a few games as a present for just being a new member & he helped explain things around here...
i never had that sort of treatment with any other site or forum...

as for why im interested in A New Beginning...
i love point & click adventures, not to mention anything Sci-Fi, big fan of the art style in Daedalic games, i have yet to play one of their games but have heard so many great things about them.

Can I enter for Neverwinter Nights

Well, you are a prime example of what surprised me about this community. :P

The thing that surprised me the most when I joined here was just how generous people are. While I've seen people give away games on forums before, I've never seen it done on quite the same scale as over here.

I'm in for Zeus because I've not played a good city builder for quite some time, and I've heard quite a lot of good about this one. In fact, I think the words a friend of mine used to describe this one was "best one out there by a long shot" (translated), which got me interested.

And also Yesterday, because I'm a sucker for a good point & click adventure game, plain and simple.
Maybe this will sound repetitive but I was amazed by all the GOG comunity, always willing to help, recomending/dicussing games I would never heard of otherwise and always learnig something new.

I would like to enter for:
-Neverwinter Nights: Diamond Edition (GOG). One of the few games I am missing from Bioware.
-Zeus + Poseidon (Acropolis) (GOG). Another great game from Impressions Games that I need to play.

Thanks one more time K_1269
Thank you for the generous giveaway and +1 to you!

I'd like to enter for:

Zeus + Poseidon - I never had a chance to play this game. I really enjoyed some other city builders, like Caesar III, but a lot of people say Zeus is an improvement on that game so I'd love to try it!
Yesterday - Adventures are my favorite genre, and this seems to have been one of the best reviewed games last year. I unfortunately haven't been able to play a Pendulo game yet, so it would be a great chance for me to see what they're about. :)

As for something nice/surprising on GOG, to be honest I experience that almost regularly. I've had some pleasant discussions about 'controversial' topics like Steam/DRM/etc. with people like StingingVelvlet and timppu. I also loved the support people threw behind kickstarter projects like Jane Jensen's Moebius. It was great seeing other people who are passionate about certain games or developers coming out of the woodwork and banding together, in a way. And recently, I was very humbled when Ian offered to donate a Duke Nukem Forever key to a giveaway I'm doing. It's that kind of random act of generosity that makes this place special. GOG forums are my favorite site on the web!

Thanks again for the chance and good luck to everyone.

positively surprising is the lack of bickering (mostly).

A New Beginning.
Thanks K_1269 for this fabulous giveaway! You're very generous (^_^)

I would like to enter for Gray Matter, because it is a good point-and-click adventure and I'm a fan of this genre. It has an interesting plot, a good dosis of suspense, excellent designs, it was written by Jane Jensen, and it has been in my GamersGate wishlist for some time, because unlucky for us, it is not available here at GOG... :(

What had surprised me here in GOG...? Everything! :D
I always thought that online gaming communities can't be this close, but in GOG (almost) everyone can be funny, clever or mature, in a good way. Just to relax, everyday I spend some minutes here. You can't do that on GameFAQs...! :P

Thanks again, and +1 :)
I'm in for Mass Effect 3. What a generous giveaway!

Coming to these forums has been fun. I'm still new, but it's nice to meet people who know what Bard's Tale is. Leading up to Christmas time, I got to both give and receive in the giveaways. I've never had that experience on a forum before.

As for the game, I was fascinated by the gigantic hogswaller surrounding the ending, so I followed the story in gaming news and even read some hardly believable 1000 page forums over at Bioware. As a result I am interested enough to play the game myself and see what my own reaction is. I enjoyed the first two just fine. I'll probably like the third as well, but maybe, just maybe, the third game will turn me into a raging beast!

In any case, cheers and thank you for the giveaways!

Thank you for the huge giveaway!

I'm entering for A New Beginning - Final Cut (GOG).

The GOG community seems very friendly and welcoming to everyone. My favorite forum experience is when the developers running Kickstarter projects stop by to answer questions about their games and interact with potential backers. I think that is due in large part to lowyhong and the other Kickstarter backers who promote games that look interesting and invite the developers to specific threads in the forum. There are some projects I've backed solely because the developers gave so much of themselves answering our questions on this forum.

I think I'd really like this game because I love visual novels and adventure games. I've only played a couple Daedalic games but they were both excellent. The artwork looks fantastic. And I think the storyline sounds very interesting.

I am in for:

A New Beginning - Final Cut (GOG)
Police Quest 1+2+3+4 (GOG)
Mass Effect 3 (Gamersgate)

I picked A New Beginning because I like adventure games and I've been hearing a lot of good things about Daedalic recently. Police Quest looked like it would be another good adventure game and I came within an inch of buying it over the Christmas sale. For Mass Effect 3, I already own the first 1 and 2, so it would be great to finish the series.

I had joined Steam first and was hesitant to join other gaming sites, once I had heard of them, but I have by far been the most impressed with GOG. I have even purchased games on GOG that were slightly cheaper at a different site because I like what GOG stands for and want to support them. It's icing on the cake that on top of everything else, GOG has such a friendly and generous community. I was not expecting so many people to be willing to give away games to random people, which has encouraged me to purchase a game to give away on my Birthday, even though I haven't won anything yet.

Thanks for hosting this giveaway!
