Like the title says, this is a topic for people crazy enough to want to gift a GOG game they love to a fellow GOG nerd who hasn't played it.

Why would anyone want to do something like that? Lots of reasons, I'm sure. Spreading the love of the obscure and the not-so-obscure, for example, or just wanting to improve someone else's day. Whatever the motives, I suggest four rules for anyone weird enough to want to participate:

1. Don't gift more than 1 game to the same person.
2. Don't gift games to people you know in the real world.
3. Don't ask for a game you have already played, whether you own it or not.
4. First come first served.

Now to the fun stuff. I'm gifting 1 copy of Battle Isle and 1 copy of PlaneScape: Torment to the first 2 people who wants them & are eligible under the above 4 rules.

You mean I could ask for Planescape: Torment here?

EDIT: Honestly I do not really get your 4 rules. I guess I am eligible for #3 and #4, having never played Planescape: Torment. Rule #1 and #2 seem like applicable to the one who gives the game, not the one who receives it. Also, what is meatspace?

Anyway, if you ask whether I want Planescape: Torment, then yes of course I want it :-)

I've never head of Battle Isle.

Is it a strategy game?

If so I'm not a huge fan of strategy games.
I'd need a lot of convincing on that one! XD
I was the third person in here but once i saw Planescape claimed, I still didn't want to lay stake to Battle Isle - I like old games but I do have to draw a line. XD

Incubation is actually more of a puzzle game dressed up as a Battle Isle version of Space Hulk, and it is without a doubt the best video game incarnation of Space Hulk gameplay. It's an amazing game.
Not that the rest of the Battle Isle are bad or anything. On the contrary, they're actually pretty good. But they're C&C-like TBS games and very, very different from Incubation.

Anyway, if you guys actually want the games, please say so clearly.

EDIT: And PlaneScape is taken

EDIT II: I need your email addy tarangwydion

Oh go on then! (Incubation convinced me. I like puzzle games of any sort!)

EDIT: Thank you very much! :D

Like I said, you're welcome. Random nice things happen too rarely :)

This is too true.

I may be wrong but GOG seems to have one of the most generous communities on the spiders web of servers.
I already own PlaneScape so grats to the person who got it

It would be awesome if I could recieve Battle Isle though, I'm pretty much unfamiliar with this game but it certainly looks interesting and I would love to try it out, not to mention that it's made by BlueByte, the guys who made Settlers

Thanks!
This is without a doubt the most generous online community I have seen! I own PS:T and don't want battle isle (lucky as I am too late for both) but I do love seeing the generosity flow!

This really is it for me, though. At least for the time being. But maybe someone else will take over the gift shop.

Is the copy of Battle Isle still available?
