Is there a way to gift games that weren't originally bought as a gift? I bought two games without realizing I had already gotten them on steam bundles and would like to give them to my cousin since I don't need them.

Submit a support request, only works if you have not downloaded any of the goods, and the games are still flagged NEW on your shelf.
