Hawk52: It's really not that bad at all as long as your dentist doesn't suck.
I wish this had been the case for me.

My horrifying experience redacted.

Best of luck - I'm sure everything will go swimmingly.

Edit: Oh you're done. Awesome!

Unredacted - they "guessed my weight wrong" and I woke up in the middle of it.

sauvignon1: Got back from surgery several hours ago. Started at 8:30, and according to my mom they were finished by 8:45. Mouth is a little sore, and I have huge holes in my memory, but other than that I'm fine.
Glad to know that everything went well.

tinyE: 15 minutes! I HATE YOU! I was in there for 3 hours! :P

You kids today have it so easy, with your high tech and your ipads and your 15 minutes dental surgeries.

Oh and congrats. :D
I was really surprised by my latest eye exam. You know, the kind where they drop some liquid onto your eyes that dilutes the pupils so they can take photos of the inside of the eye. Earlier times, I've been nearly blind (because everything is much too blurry and bright as fuck) for the whole day (ie. stay at home, no computing, no reading, no video, only viable entertainment is music), but last time I was back to normal after a couple hours and could go back to work.

Oh, and I had my wisdom teeth taken out a couple years ago. Instead of growing upwards (for the lower ones) and downwards (for upper), they grew forwards. Hence why I'm not as wise as I once was.

I've had cataracts twice, yes I know that exam. XD Actually that doesn't bother me but it seems whenever I get it done it's always really sunny out and as soon as I step out of the office I'm overcome by this blinding white glare. :P I feel like Riddick when they hit him with the flashlight in Pitch Black.

I need to watch that, and the rest of the movies, and play the games. Hey, I actually have Assault on Dark Athena, why haven't I played them?
