Hi guys, obviously I'm a noob here but I had a question or two. I really want to get a netbook for no more than about 350 I guess, and I was running if there are netbooks for that price that would run fallout 1 and 2, the real myst game that is being sold on this site, and vampire the masquerade redemption. Thanks for the help :) it would be even more helpful if someone with a netbook can tell me about the experiences that they've had with these games.

Vampire is probably not going to run well. Fallout 1 and 2 are isometric rather than 3D, so they should work with no problem. Real myst will probably be fine.
All netbooks in the 350 range have the same class of graphics, and most of them have the exact same chip (Intel GMA 950). So for gaming capability it doesn't really matter which one you pick. Just don't pick one with the GMA 500, because it's even worse than the 950. And if you can get one with NVidia graphics for that price, it will be much better, though at that point you'll be limited by the Atom CPU.

If you were interested in a full fledged laptop, the Dell outlet also has some great deals (may come close to the cost of a netbook) and would probably have the processing power needed to run the GOG titles.

The graphics chip is going to be the main thing to consider, since there are no GOG's that will be limited by either a Core or Athlon processor. The GMA 4500mhd is pretty decent, being about the same speed as the old Radeon 9600. Any discrete (not integrated) ATI or NVidia card will blow the GMA chips out of the water though.
You might check TigerDirect and MWave. Sometimes they have pretty good deals on full size laptops. Though anything with a GMA 4500 or better is probably in the $500 range and up.
EDIT: Here's a list of all the mobile graphics chips and their relative performance, ordered from best to worst. If you can get something in the upper part of Class 3, or higher , it should play every game on GOG.
