It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I've had my problems with the gameshelf in the past. I lived with it, but now it plain stopped working at all.

Whenever I try to switch to "My account", it comes up with a blank page. Picking the redownload function on the gamepage of previously bought games itself also results in a blank page.
Tried the log out, clear browser cache / kill cookies, log in again approach - same result. I installed / updated IE which I haven't used at all for the last 2 years+, so no cookies / browser cache to begin with, same result.

Installed "Bottom Error Console" for my Firefox, to narrow the problem down. While I get regular errors (declaration dropped / skipped) just browsing gog.com, nothing at all trying accessing "My account". IE comes up with a "HTTP 500 internal server error".

I'd really like someone from gog.com to check it, as I can't see what could be the problem on my end nor how to fix it. As it stands right now, I obviously won't buy any more titles, as I can't seem to access it at all.
isnt this something for support?

I don't think this is the best way to get hold of a staff member. Write to support if you haven't already done. If you have and haven't gotten a reply, try PMing a staff member.
