Dead Space
Prototype
X-Com Apocalypse (once again)
Civilization 4 (multiple times)

Diablo 2 (played through with my friends on LAN once again)

Just got through Leisure Suit Larry 1 and Leisure Suit Larry 2.
I kind of miss the old Sierra adventure games, apart from the fact that if you don't pick up an item that you'll need later on, you'll often have to reload.

I believe you may add The Sims 3 to my list. While I will continue to play it when the mood strikes, my first sim has passed away at the age of 130 days (thanks to Life fruit and his mastery of gardening).

I've not finished many this year at all I keep buying new games and getting distracted discovering GOG hasn't helped. The two I have finshed are:
Beneath a Steel Sky (thanks GOG)
Shiren the Wonderer (my first rogue-like and will not be my last.).
Does Peggle count?

You can never finish Peggle. You have to keep playing it until you die. That's how awesome it is.

that's why I was unsure, I've finished the main levels but still have a few trophies to get. 450k is very difficult.

I finished Assassin's Creed again, including the pointless and boring flag hunting (it just shit me that I had 905/1000 and the tasks to get the rest were so simple). Great game even if there's not enough to really do in it. Pity really since its the first city based game where the city felt reasonably real
