Painkiller needs one.
As does Neverwinter Nights and its expansions.
Painkiller, Neverwinter Nights, Two Worlds, Earth 2160.

Perhaps Unreal Tournament 2004? Couldn't find a key request from me though (searched my e-mails).
Sacred Gold is another one. I cant seem to find my gog messages. When I do ill let you know the others.

Unreal 2004 doesn't have a Multi-player notice on its page, and I recall playing without a CD-key. But not 100% sure...

The retail one has a cd key. But I remember reading around here that since the servers are not from epic they don require the key.
www.gog.com/en/forum/general/list_of_games_that_require_a_cd_key_request

Not a complete list, but something you can start with.
From those that I own, FarCry does.

EDIT: I think Two Worlds also requires a key.

... so much for GOGs No-DRM part. :p (come on, troll me)
