Yeah, no point in everyone hassling support as I'm sure they're aware. Little bit annoying though... maybe if they kept their games here we wouldn't even have this discussion.

Good thing for me, I saved my account page as an offline htlm so I can cross check it to see what's missing.

Ah right... the usual bug... Spellforce series and Desperados series as well as Gothic series... Silver... all missing again... *yeah*
Also I have now even more empty spaces in my shelf... 5 exactly, which does not even correspond to the number of missing games :D
I love gog but seriously, I don't get why they can't fix this bug, it is almost hysterically funny.

Yep, that is why I always sync it to the wiki as soon as I buy new games, so that I can check what games are missing when some bug occurs again :D

That's a good idea. I should do this for record keeping too. I do keep my receipts, and typically backup all of my games to an external hard drive. This time, the games just disappeared before I had a chance to download them all.

damien: I am sorry to complain but this kind of stuff happens quite often and it is very irresponsible from GOG's side. In my opinion, having a Christmas break doesn't justify it. Game dissappearance should never happen.
Saying it's happening all the time is bit much as it, afaik, only happens when games are removed from GOG catalog. But it is ridiculous that it has not been fixed yet considering how long it's been around and how serious it is. And considering that the bug is well known, they should have had staff on standby to fix it's effects.

So it`s sure that the games will reappear in my library? I had 2 from Nordic Games "Painkiller Black Edition" and an other I can`t remember.

Yes it is sure. This always happens when games are removed from the shop. And always 1-2 days later everyone gets them back in their library.

Yepp, same here, all my Nordic games are gone. Account refresh doesn't helps either.

I lost the games too, i'm sure i had 78 games total and now they're only 74. I bought 2 games from the Nordic sale myself and another 2 were gifted to me (they were Nordic games too). Anyway, that's pretty usual stuff, they'll get back to our shelves after a while.. ;-)

Curses, I should have downloaded them yesterday. Now I don't have them.
They should totally have done something about it, considering how predictable it was.

EDIT: I guess the same goes for me :(

And now I have a bunch of empty spaces in my library. Strangely, in title order, the positions make zero sense...
For example, 4 spaces between Heroes of Might & Magic III and HoMM 4...

We've got top men working on this right now.
The games should be popping back up on our accounts one by one within the next few minutes. We've got a fix for the underlying issue in the works, so we should avoid this if we ever make a promo like this in the future.
