It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I will write a Game Collector Software based on browser just for fun and my collection. And if it comes out any good you can use it too.

So, what feature you would like in that kind of software? What features would be great?

The title says movie also, yes? I collect both but I'm a little vague on what exactly you are doing. You must be patient with me because I'm a tech moron so please forgive this and any other stupid questions I may shoot at you. Point is I am VERY curious and VERY interested.
I'm currently developing a website for game collection purposes as well. There are some solid sites out there, but none of them did everything I wanted.

I considered including movies as well, but I've decided to hold off for now. I'll just be happy to finally finish the game collection portion :P
My advice... if you are going to offer more than 1 feature, don't limit it to just 2. If its game exclusive, I can see the point in limiting that. Once you add movies, why not books? What about music? Collectibles? A global collection resource would be appealing to me. But only games + movies seems to draw a line that won't meld with everyone.

Look to Darkadia as a baseline. I think there is room for growth and improvements, but I would caution against offering only similar features.

Keep us posted on what you come up with. Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback. Yes at first it will be game only but will expand from there if people like it of course.

I will add more and different features. Expect me... =)

I know this is a really old thread, but I remember posting in it before, so I figured I'd resurrect it...

Believe it or not, I actually finished the site had mentioned that I was working on and I just finished deploying the latest code that pushes it into open beta! If anyone out there is interested in checking it out, I'd be very interested in hearing any feedback you may have.

You can check it out here: Completionator

You might want to make sure the registration email points to the actual domain rather than http://localhost:50615

Ah! Thanks, I apparently just blindly pasted in the new config value.
