All I know is a backlog can be a curse, but it can also be a gift. It gives you plenty of options when you're bored, for one.

I am spolt for choice as to what to play next. I think i will play Duke Nukem Forever, once its downloaded. I also have a game called Victoria 2 on steam, so those two games should be interesting for the next couple of weeks.

Did you ever see the HBO special where the guy followed a mail order bride and her husband around? The lady ended up stealing stuff from the guy(Admittedly he treated her like a live-in servant, but still.....) and leaving him, and then the documentary filmmaker fell in love with her and got her to move in with him. She then started spending his money like crazy before stealing some of his stuff and leaving for her home country.

Good times.

I saw a Louis Theroux documentary which featured thai brides. It was interesting to watch. Check it out if you can find it.

I dont know how long DNF is supposed to be, but i've managed to complete alot of games in a week.

DNF is downloading at a steady 800kbps.

Victoria 2 was the first and only thing i have won from steamgifts. I briefly loaded it up and its very technical, but hopefully i can get into it and understand how to play it.

As for the name, its a bit silly for a strategy game.

Done. Although it was difficult to convince her to go into the box. :D

DNF has some fun little interactions on some of the levels......ranging from simple stuff to small mini-games(Pool, pinball, etc.). Even if you check every nook and cranny, though, most levels should take a maximum of 15-30 minutes to complete.

(Just a head's up: Be aware, though, that the game can be very crude at times......lots of sexual humor, etc.....and in some levels it can be very blatant about it.)

(Btw are you plopping the cash down for the extra levels pack[Doctor Who Cloned Me?]? It's on sale right now on Steam and if you're playing through the game it might be worth it for you to get it while it's so cheap.)

I keep imagining the armies being Victorian era ladies and gentlemen in period clothing "fighting" each other with posh accents.

I can deal with that kind of thing in games/tv shows etc. But in real life i dont like it. Strange isn't it.

In regards to the dlc, it's supposed to be better than the main game. I dont buy directly from steam, so if i wanted it, i'd have to trade something elsewhere for it.

Victoria 2 is made by the company that made the crusader kings series. But this game is newer, so hopefully more user friendly.
