It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

Anyone having issues with the forum in Firefox (FF 3.5.2)?
I can log into the site and criuise the forums no problem. But the colored dots to the left of the thread titles and the Reply, Edit, and Rate Post buttons are not showing up. The links are still there and I can click on them and reply, edit, rate, but no buttons are showing up.
No issues with Opera.
*edit* Oh, and direct link to the GoG staff posts aren't showing up in FF either (the ones that look like a star burst with an exclamation point in the middle)

I sometimes get my posts eaten and have to type the same thing 3 times and then add my post....really odd I tell you.
It's fine here.

It happens to me, too. Emptying the cache for even the last hour or force-reloading (Ctrl+F5) solves the problem.
Bloody hell, why didn't I think of that. That fixed it. Odd that's never happened though in the year+ I've been visiting the site. Thanks for the tip. :)
Hmm... I'm still on an older version of FF, should I not bother with 3.5.2?
Or is this just a minor problem with GOG forums only?

You're welcome. I really is odd, as I've had to do this quite a number of times already.

I've never seen this happen on other sites.
I've never had any problems like the ones you are discribing, and I'm running the newest FF
My Firefox is doing fine. Maybe you have a faulty add-on?
Could be a faulty add-on, although I haven't installed any new ones for some time, and like I mentioned, this has never happened before.
Andy: I've not experienced any issues like this with any other sites, and this is the first time for GoG, so I'd say there's no reason not to upgrade.
Google Chrome <3 =P
Since we are on the subject of Mozilla's product, could someone please explain to me how the hell I get this to have correct information when I install Thunderbird, because I can not get a server to be found.

That information is usually present somewhere alongside your other account info. Also depending on what mail service you use, some may not allow POP3 or IMAP access, but only through some webmail client, or even only through Exchange-compatible programs (Office Outlook on a PC, Entourage on a Mac, or Mail.app on Mac OS 10.6, perhaps Evolution on *nix may work as well) or other proprietary protocol (eg. FirstClass).
If it's your ISP's mail, you should contact them (or shuffle through whatever papers you got from them), if it's a fairly well-known free webmail service, we may be able to dig up the info for you. If it's Hotmail, you're stuck with Windows Live Mail (or possibly Office Outlook).
