SCPM: Steam pre-order is up, it's $10 and comes out October 1.

Also, in a Facebook post, VectorCell says that they couldn't license the original game's music, which is why it's not included in the re-release.
what is a bit annoying is that it requires UPlay through Steam, but it is not sold via UPlay itself yet... I am not going to get it on Steam when I need to use UPlay anyway.
