Battlefield Vietnam introduced me to Somebody to Love, and hence Jefferson Airplane. It's my favourite song in their playlist, followed by Surfin' Bird.

Oh, now that's blasphemy! :-) It's funny; I never got into any other "head trip" bands that can probably only be appreciated if one is on acid, but I do love the Doors!
