I assume by 'Flash' you're really just referring to any online game and not specifically stuff made in Adobe Flash?

Regardless, The Grow series is awesome, my favourite would probably be Grow Cube.

There was another game, similar to Hapland, made by some Finnish fellow. It was online, but I don't recall if it was flash or not. When I say "similar to Hapland", I mean the "outside-the-box puzzles", not the stick figures. It involved a gnome on a small planet or something. I also remember that for a small fee you could download an expanded version of the game.

It is mainly Dungeon Keeper, but Massivly Multiplayer... really great game :)

My favorites include Mud and Blood 2 and the Protector series.
Knightfall deserves a honorable mention too.
