one of the reasons why i wanted to sign up anyway was the drm free aspect, and i'm getting more involved in puzzle-related games since buying this pc 3 weeks ago.

funny really, i spent my youth on platform puzzlers on the c16/speccy/c64, then got bitten by the 3d fps stuff. now i see all these classy point and click titles and i'm like, "ahh, home at last!!"

It was a "preemptive strike". No one in this thread can now complain about the promo being to short, etc. Would the OP complained if I hadn't posted this? We will never know. But considering the recent developments here, it certainly wouldn't have surprised me.

Well I don't know about Origin, but I sure as hell know SimonG is the devil, or at least some form of lesser demon. He might even control an army, as you can see he's got +1 gog. I wonder if he upgrades them to +3 magogs with fireball on impact.

Errr, anyway, Origin is ... Let's sey unproved as it is. Noone really knows what kind of issues could come with it, and of course everyone is demonizing it, that's just what people do when a new guy arrives.

Pffffffft. Next you'll tell me GOG won't deliver DRM free pizzas.

oh P.S. you can mark a post as the solution to your problem (for instance Rodzaju's post on the first page) - the net effect is that people know the query has been solved and the solver gets +5 forum rep - and no I'm not making an RPG allusion! :P You actually get forum rep (not that it means anything, but it's a +5 for solving problems :P)
