Quick rule of thumb. If it's a 16 character code, it doesn't expire. If it's an 8 character one, it expires.

Not sure I've seen 14 character codes before. Interesting.
Either way, as eNOTpt said, trying to redeem the code will give you a "Valid until: XXXX" text, which is the expiration date, if any.
