Looks a bit HOMM like, I havent played it but I might pick it up seeing its on sale

I've played Etherlords II and thought it was pretty good. It plays sort of like Magic the Gathering.

Well, it LOOKS awesome for me too.. but only looks...
Maybe I'll try to watch some "let's play" later.

I like the part about battling with cards...

Kinda awesome but a bit poorly balanced at points. The combat system is interesting, and fighting battles is a joy. But the game likes to throw brick walls your way ever so often. Still, if you enjoy these types of games (that is either Magic-style card games or HoMM/King's Bounty style strategy/tactics games), then you'll probably find quite a bit to like about Etherlords.
