But throwing objects at player? I don't know whether this has to do with racism or not but that was way overboard.

If they do, they usually throw objects at players. In this case, most of the participants were just dumbfounded about why is the "punishment of god" happening only to him.

I'm Galatasaray fan (Eboue's team). Unfortunately, such things are happening of Turkish football. Everybody knows Besiktas fans are ignorant and aggressive. This ugliness is seen in major competitions. However, I don't follow and not interested soccer.

Beşiktaş is gonna get some kinda punishment, money or being forced to play away when the match is at home.
What happened is the combination of Eboue being a diver and a drama queen and another GS player agitating the crowd. It shows that "you don't follow and not interested in soccer"; ignorant and aggresive is not the first thing to pop into mind when one thinks of Beşiktaş fans.

The point of this thread is to condemn such action. Besiktas probably one of the loudest out there. These two clubs always will be great rival but fans need to realize nobody should get hurt because of sporting event.

This has nothing to do with racism.. Soccer fans usually do such things like throwing objects to the field/players, bringing weapons to matches, starting big fights with the opposing team fans without any reason. Sadly they never learn...

Again, this is football. Don't expect anything better.
