just a quick question before I buy. Really only want to get earth 2150 and 2160 as the older 2140 graphics looks very dated. Just wondering is the story that revalient from 2140 to 2150 or is there any other benefit from buying 2140?

Dude get them all the first ones tons of fun as well. Honestly you will stop focussing on the graphics so much once you start actually playing the game

But is it graphics and gameplay in terms of c&c1 and RA1 because I started playing them recently as I used to enjoy them but had to stop dude to the graphics and animations. Some games i can stand bad graphics and slow gameplay but RTS are not one of them.

The gameplay is deffinitely not slow and it doesnt feel like just another C&C clone. For the age of the game it has some nice asplosions. I'd say it is about the same level graphics wise as RA but at least watch some decent high quality gameplay videos on youtube and see what you think. the gameplay is deffinitely fun.
