They're very hard to find, even more so than Daggerfall before it was released for free. It took years of cajoling from their community to get Daggerfall released.
Part of the problem is that Bethesda is very reluctant to put out these old games they can't support anymore. They're all buggier than the kitchen of a greasy spoon, the techies don't want to be deluged with support requests, and the suits don't want to shoot themselves in the foot any worse than they have already.
I'd love to see Redguard released, though. That and Bloodmoon are their best storytelling work.
