now i just have to download them. but since my internet connection isnt the best in the world i have 6 hours remaining for fallout 1.
May i say that the website is really nice looking.
the forum need an offtopic place. we need a place to talk about stuff that has nothing to do with anything

Thanks for letting me try out your site :)
Looks nice, smells nice, tastes like kitty, and the prices are...fantastic.
I wish the team the best of luck with gog.com :)

Tastes like kitty???
may i hear the rest of that story?
Very impressed so far! :-)
i'm really enjoying this site so far, but have one niggling issue: every time I have to use the beta access key to enter the site, even after creating an account and bookmarking the main page. it's not a big deal but is there anyway to bypass entering the access key now that i've set up my account?

I don't have that problem, seems to be some kind of bug. Maybe it has to do with your browser, or it requires you to enable cookies or something. You should contact support about this.
I'm sure that there is that way of bypassing entering of the activation code, because I'm entering the site through www.gog.com adres, and it shows me home page of the store. Maybe it depends on browser s settings. I'll look into them tomorrow, it's time to get some sleep :).

you're right, it was the cookies. i had my browser set to clear them every time i close it. no problems now. cheers!
Very nice , keep it up ;)
Haven't downloaded anything yet... But so far, so good: this site is amazing. One small comment: Adding next/previous page buttons in addition to the page numbers in forum topics would be useful, I feel. Incidentally, does this forum support BBCode?
So, where do we go to inform of site/usage issues pertinent to this beta? For example: I noticed some bad grammar on the registration page under the "Why Register" section (may be a misquote; I'm not looking at the page right now), specifically with subject-verb agreement. I know it's small, but I'm sure someone there cares.
o hai
ty for letting me join
as, i'm certain.. .. .. you wanted me to.
I am fairly disappointed in my ability to find bugs, so far, everything is warking.
I have no problems accessing this site either. Either form Home or from Work, so like another Member mentioned: is may be a Browser issue.
If you clear your cookies you will need to re-enter the access code. I tested it about ten minutes ago. Cleared my history and had to enter the access code again. I keep my PCs fairly clean by running CrapCleaner at least once a week to will have to re-enter the code occasionally until the beta is over.

On every page, at the very bottom on the right side is a red/purple/whatever "BETA" logo with the message "Yes, we’re in beta and looking for your feedback!" next to it. "your feedback" is a link which gets you to a page where you can write to them. Either that, or go to "Support" in the navigation bar at the top of the page and then select "Contact us".
