Why is this game not a part of the catalog here at GOG? Its a great classic and game i spent a long time playing. I'd love to see the series on here, i would buy those instantly

rvega: Why
Because GOG is legal business and very often there are problems with licensing to acquire old games to sell them here.

i was just thinking the same thing last week. i re-installed Dune 2000 just to see if it works on W7 (it does, though with hurdles) only to realize i have a localized edition, which is a real turn-off for me now.

a quick look at the internet revealed that there is currently no digital edition of this game available anywhere, and boxed copies are rarer than an honest politician.

although GoG does have Westwood titles (Lands of Lore) i wouldn't expect Dune 2000 here as long as the Command & Conquer series doesn't make it here.
I wonder if there's additional licensing issues with games based on a book or film franchise like Dune, Star Trek, Star Wars. It'll be a real stupid shame if there is as those 3 have produced some stunning games. (& some stunningly bad ones)

Edit: Warhammer too, though horned rat & dark omen were cruel... I wouldn't mind seeing some of the early 40k ones.
