I'm still pretty new to the site, so dorry for the stupid question, but is there anyway to sort the games in my account (or on my wishlist) alphabetically?

They just seem to be jumbled about roughly by the day they were added.

While managing your account, look at the upper right corner, just below 'Account&Settings' line. There is dropbox where you can choose to sort your games by title, purchase date, or to use manual placing.
