tomimt: I have difficulties to believe, that Duke Forever could make anywhere near enough business to cover all the cost it has caused during the years. So why even bother anymore. Or maybe it will be Avatar of computer games, who knows. Lord knows I was so wrong about the pull of that one.

And honestly...does Duke Nukem even SELL anymore? How many gamers are going to see the name Duke Nukem on something and even give a damn?
Take this out behind the shed and give it the Old Yeller treatment.

I'll buy DNF only if it's made by 3DRealms. I've promised that to myself, and intend to keep that promise.

Oh shush, you. I was 16 when Duke 3D came out. I liked it much, more than I liked Quake, but it wasn't that expectional game, that I'd build a church for it as some seem to have done.

seconded tbh i liked the blood series and the duke nukem more than quake and doom
but dont you think the uniqueness nukem forever should be forever i mean they can call the new game anything else like duke nukem: duke is back in action

Who was it that still had his preorder reciept from when the game was first announced? Wonder if the shop (assuming it still exists) will still honour it.
