There's more than just buying games incredibly cheap to our DRM-Free Time Machine Sale! We're ready to pass its steering wheel (or rather the control console) to YOU. Each game in the sale is offered for a limited time only, and how long we stay in its year is up to you! Each time you see a new game on sale you can vote to either add or subtract 1 second from the timer. Each time you buy a game, you add 3 seconds to the time of it being on sale. We begin with 1983's Zork, bundled with the rest of the Zork Anthology of 6 games in total, for only $1.79. How long will it last on the front page? You'll be the judge. What comes next, as the game of 1984? Let's find out!

Let's take a trip in GOG.com's DRM-Free Time Machine Sale! 30 great games from 1983-2013 will be available up to 90% off, and you get to decide how long each game is on sale. Ready? The technomagical gateway to 1983 opens NOW!

* "Again?", you might ask, "when did they ever do the time warp?". Well, once you embark on a journey through time, all becomes relevant and there's absolutely no guarantee that what you are doing, you are doing for the first time. In fact, that's highly improbable. After all, time isn't linear. It's more like a giant wobbly-bobbly goggy-boggy ball of gaming awesome!

gscotti: You are not the only one who thinks so: SC2K was the most keaneous of the games in this promo, so far. Meaning, a lot of people were buying. I felt almost ronery for not jumping on the bandwagon.

DubConqueror: Anyone tried opening both the videos of 21st century fox and 21st century Schizoid man of my previous post at the same time?

It sounds quite schizophrenic. Luckily the psychosis lifts quick as The Doors' song is just a short one, no risperidon needed.

InfraSuperman: What would happen if you threw Bad Religion's "21st Century (Digital Boy)" in as well? Would the average human brain melt?
By the looks of his face in the video the singer just did that exact experiment and it didn't turn out well, he's lost in eternal blues.
That image from the game of the guy look up is him looking up the top sellers chart to beat Might and Magic.

Davane: I'm sorry - I will let others get in with the Keane jokes next time... :p
I actually didn't see your post before posting my comment, but I knew that surely I wouldn't be the only one to use the pun. The Keane puns are the life blood of these threads, so do keep em' coming everyone. :)

Deus Ex: Jacking In
Yeah, this one is totally going to be awhile. It's already over 1hr 40min!
Oh dear.. this one's going to be up for a while.
Are you all seeing Deus Ex?

I'm seeing "Next offer starts soon
(no need to refresh)" on my screen.

Guess I need to disobey.

Disobeeeeeyyyyyy (grunting metal voice).
Still wonder about that $0.59 game (hopefully not Super Hexagon, because I already have it). Something not too old, at 90% off, would be great.

But Deus Ex is gonna last forever, so I'm afraid it might come up at night.

Oof, Deus Ex at 80% off? I think we're going to be here for a while...
I'm going to watch Deus Ex just to see how high the time goes. I'm going to guess it will top off around 1:55.
Time to go do stuff people. Work, sleep... take a trip across the country.
Deus Ex is a game that can be played in so many ways. It´s funny how the same company could do one of the best games ever made and at the same time do one of the worst games ever made.
All right, everybody off to bed now, this will probably make the sale's current records seem laughable by the time it's over...
