Basically they are offering a demo to PSPlus users. Ok.

BUT. If you buy the complete game for 50€, you can play this only until your PSPlus subscription is valid.

Are they trying a new type of scam? So first we had TONS of DLC, and now games available only when you pay a monthly fee?

I'm not interested in the game, but for sure the retail version won't require Plus, at least for single player part of the game.

The irony of course being that you would be better off simply buying the retail version, or if you are really impatient, lazy or sadomasochistic, buying the actual digital version as opposed to the PS Plus upgrade.
