Pixellated man parts? Count me in!

Er, I mean... An atmospheric adventure game with good visuals and voice acting? Count me in!

Some tits too, but no nipples :P

Also, a nice story, good voice acting, and interesting setting, of course!

Also, limited inventory space and tons of irrelevant items. I missed the last bit. Modern point & click is so static.

Ooooh, the new generation's urge to pick up EVERYTHING, yeah, you may have some problems...

New generation? I did that in Maniac Mansion.

I did that in Jack Orlando, but I soon learned that there's no reason to pick up every thrash on my way :P In "new genration" of games, you have to pick up everything (vide Skyrim), because some shitty plant may be in fact a valuable herb...

Returning to Dreamweb, I don't know, but so far, I haven't missed any significant object (ok, I had to go back for a knife, but when the lift problem occured, I knew instantly, that I would need a knife here). Maybe it gets worse through the gameplay, don't know yet. So far, all the riddles were 100% logical.

Run Scumm, click Add Game, select the folder with the unpacked UK version. Ok it, run it from the menu.

And if you don't want to run it via the ScummVM menu, you can also create a shortcut with this target:

[path to your scummvm.exe\]scummvm.exe dreamweb-cd
Thanks,I make it run :)

Yeah, picking up everything that isn't nailed down (and some of those things too, if you can figure out a way to remove the nails) has always been the SOP in point'n'click adventures.
Maybe I remember it wrong, but in most adventure games I played (classic ones, of course), almost every item had its purpose.

what about Albion? I mean, you start in that spaceship and you can fill your pockets with cups, plates, cushions... it just killed me :D

Wasn't Albion an RPG?

well, yes, but it's all the same in these cases - there are tons of useless items lying around everywhere and you have a strong urge to take everything with you... what if one of those items will come in handy later (like to accomplish this sidequest you need to bring the keeper a clean plate and cup cause there are none in this dimension, and you tell yourself "damn, I could have taken at least one off the ship when I had the chance!" :D
