Well, it's SEGA. Good decision-making is never their forte.
The PC could be problematic. Emulators aren't always so consistently good when it comes to 3D.
Ahh brilliant I hope they port some of my favourites mainly toy commander and powerstone to the PS3. Those games had great multiplayer and I'd love to beable to play them again.
Asked them about PC before, they said, "While [we are] excited about future possibilities, right now, these games will appear on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network."
DC emulation has been pretty great for me in the past, and that was in the early stages.

What? No Dreamcast games for me? Are you fuckin' kidding me?!?
...*checks his nullDC ISOs folder*....
Oh well, my Dreamcast games are always there so who cares about the useless Xbox stuff :-P
Hurrr pirates killing PC market durrr
Like pretty much everything the PC will always be the last consideration especially when you are talking about a Japanese publisher. Still the Megadrive games made there way here so if the games sell well on 360 and PS3 there is always the hope the Dreamcast games will also make their way onto PC eventually.
What worries me is Sega have skipped a generation with the Saturn. There are a great many Sega fans who would kill to have updated versions of games like Panzer Dragoon Saga, NiGHTS and Dragon Force.
