I've just found this site as I'm looking to buy some old games (DOS ones to be specific). Will these games run once I've downloaded them or will I have to install something extra to get them to run on my PC?

they come with preconfigured versions of dos box
all you have to do is buy them download em and install them and they are ready to go

just double click the icon

It depends a bit on the hardware you have. I would say about 80 % of the "old" games I bought were running at the first start up. The rest could be solved by having a look at the game specific forum, which may encompass altering a dosbox.config or changing startup attributes in the the link which starts the game(something like "run in WinXP SP3 mode, run as admin). So I would say yes, the old games you buy here run out of the box without the need to install any additional software to run the games.
