When i click on a game to download like the old system nothing comes up like the gog downloader or my system browser so i cannot begin to even download anything!Can someone help?

I can't help, but I thought this would be a good thread to share the experiment I did last night.

I downloaded a game using my browser, like I always used to, and it took 9 minutes.

I then deleted the game, installed the GOG download tool, and downloaded it again. And this time I added all the other extras.

The game and all the other extras finished in under 4 minutes. Less than half the time.

Needless to say, I'm now sold on which way to download.

As for your issue, is it possible it's there and you just missed it??

I ask because I did this yesterday. The download "box" has been coming up "underneath" the game I click on (rather than to the right or left of it, as it used to) and because that game was already located at the bottom of the screen, I didn't see it. I too thought something was wrong, but then scrolled down and found the options to downoad with the GOG downloader or your browser.

I know that's in all likelihood not what happened to you, but thought I'd share it since it did happen to me and just in case it was what happened to you despite it being a long shot.

I did scroll down but only manuals,avatars,maps,etc. are there no game files or download choices?

my system browser = IE? Change to FireFox.

Everything was fine before so i do not want to change my browser!

What I found worked was I had tyo rearrange my shelf in manual, I don't know why but this made the screen change to show everything.

Ah, so, IE detected. :D
I've read that some people with IE have such problems, so yes, it is simplest way to repair your problem.
The other way it to send message to support.

It was a white screen with some icons for manuals etc. A while ago i tried it again and it was a gray screen with everything there so i downloaded and tried all the games and they work fine.I had sent a message to support yesterday so maybe they did something to solve the problem.Thanks to all for your help!

It did it again today so i did put it in manual and it works-support has not done anything.
