The owner just contacted me on steam and supported me through this.

I still dont like what happened, but i can imagine why it happened.

Completely stopped using Steamgifts and really killed my interest for GOG forums when some people acted like complete c***s in the old GOG Gift Club.

Steamgifts hands out bans really easily and don't usually do much background checks when they do.
Interesting that you can be suspended if the winner does not redeem the game, although I see their point.
I guess I'll just use emails and use steamgifts with the GOG group.
Don't wanna.
Now that's some proper bullsh1t! Thx for the heads up
I can see why they did it. Shit happens I suppose.
They have some retarded rules that much is true.
Quick question, was the Watchdogs key you sent a steam one or a uplay one?

Is there such a thing as a Steam Watchdogs key?

My understanding is that all of the keys in circulation are UPlay keys, even the ones bundled with NVIDIA cards. You can buy the game on Steam, but all that essentially nets you is a UPlay key and the ability to download the game through Steam.

shoppa2: Their support is awful and they ban you without any good reason or proof.

Just a friendly warning for you guys.

You can provide proof of a gift by going into your gift history, shows what you have given to whom.

Key, not gift.

Hey shoppa, I stumbled on this post, and looked into it for you.

It looks like you created two giveaways, one for 10 Second Ninja, and another for Watch Dogs. Both of these were private giveaways, and they each had a single entry from the same user. This user registered a couple of minutes after your first giveaway was created and won both gifts, but has neither redeemed on their Steam account.

This looks suspicious to the staff, because we have users that create private giveaways with fake gifts, and then ask their friends to mark them as received. However, I'm not say that's the case here. You said you shared the private giveaways on a forum, so it's likely the user registered and entered the giveaways after seeing your link.

If you can, just reply to the ticket with the forum post where you shared the giveaways, and I'll get you unsuspended asap.

Thanks!

Yeah it sure sounded like a jump the gun thing.

There is always 2 sides on a story.
SteamGifts have an account on GOG? o.0
