About 3 years too late to help combat piracy. Which is about the timing one would expect from Microsoft.

The number one complaint over on the DOW2 forums was GFWL as while the game relied on multiplayer it couldn't be played online in a lot of countries. Hence a large portion of players pirated the game and used other workarounds like Hamachi. Other than DOW2 it's just one more piracy excuse that wheeled out time after time.

Peru isn't on that list T_T
Even if it were, can you change your country and still use your same GFWL account? Creating a new account will decrease my limited activations for each game so I don't think many people will be doing that.

All the countries listed are pirate havens, only missing the big #1 China...

Take heart, they've noticed that europe has more than one country in so they'll eventually succumb to curiosity and look up an atlas and realise that not all the countries they saw in movies were made up places.
The downside being that they'll waste time and money trying to add support for Middle Earth...
