I'm planning on buying Rayman 3 but I just noticed that Windows 8 is not mentioned in the compatible systems. Rayman Forever and Rayman 2 works on windows 8 so I'm confused if Rayman 3 will work or not. Is there someone with windows 8 who can tell me if it works or not? Thanks.

I bought it and it worked but the graphics were screwed up. I knew I could fix this by making the game run with my Nvidia graphics card but it wouldn't let me. Rayman3.exe never showed up in the list of games in the nvidia settings. But after some google-ing I found out that if you change the TnL in C:\Windows\Ubisoft\ubi.ini from "1" to "0" the graphics will look like the should. So I can confirm that I worked on Windows 8.
