Do you ever associate songs/TV shows with games you've played (any type- pc, xbox, etc)?
when ever I think about or hear "don't fear the reaper" I think about Diablo 1 (unless I'm playing rock band). I also can't play another game on my computer without thinking of the move "orphan".
I can't hear Deep Purple's "Highway Star" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jh0iihjANPc) without being reminded of Rock 'n Roll Racing.
I associate the songs "No Children" "Old College Try" and "Love Love Love" by Mountain Goats with Moral Orel. I'm assuming that's because that's where I first heard them.

Also associate Ain't No Rest for the Wicked with Borderlands.

Excluded songs made specifically for a game/anime.
Further cover by lifeforce and Metro 2033.
Can't hear Soundgarden without thinking of Road Rash.
Call of Magic by Jeremy Soule. I've heard it dozens of times on the TV, like during news. Cravings for Morrowind every damn time.
I associate Ian Gillan's (the guy from Deep Purple) "Eternity" with the game Blue Dragon:

I am deaf to your cursing!
Whenever I hear Bal Sagoth's Battle Magic I want to play Nox. I bought the album and game on same day back in the day, so logically I listened to the CD while playing and here' s the result. Same thing happened with Devin Townsend's Ziltoid the Omniscient and Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup. Of course I had played DC before but never Stone Soup so I was hooked.
When I was a kid, I shared a room with one of my older brothers and he had a phase where he would listen to Metallica's black album only. So I associate that with the NES game Pirates which I was playing at that time, and with all of its later reincarnations.
I wasted a summer perfecting guitar hero on the playstation, getting 5 stars on every song on expert. Several of the songs take me back to it when I hear them, to the level of actually seeing the GH note charts if I hear some of them, such as Pantera/cowboys from hell.

I associate a few bands (slayer, nothingface, etc.) which I used to listen to in my angst filled teenage years with a semi-graphical, standalone client, mudlike game I used to play at the time called Realms of Kaos because I used to listen to them so much while playing.

More recent but Mr Crowley from Ozzy Osbourne will always remind me of that one scene in Brutal Legend. The game did a lot of things wrong in my opinion, but it had some great great moments as well.
Because of it's opening song Baba Yetu, I think of the game Civ4 everytime I hear music which reminds me of the Lion King.
Erasure with Chrono Trigger....i did nothing but play Chrono Trigger for a night until the break of dawn and listened to Erasure's greatest hits at the same time over and over...To this day i equate "Chains of Love" to the fight with Lavos

Honestly no. I'm not sure if that's because the games I played up until the mid '90s had very little in the way of music or if it's just the type of games I play.
Every time I hear "Silly Love Song" I think of Mirror's Edge. I think it was because I was playing that game the first time I heard the song.

Also, Casting Crown's Lifesong album reminds me of Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow because for a while I would turn the sound on the game off and listen to that album.
I often associate Twin Peaks with Deadly Premonitions. (X360).

It's kindda given since the game is heavily inspired from the show. but w/e ;)
