Sachys: Sorry guys, totally forgot to get back to you on this. Various factors prevented me from completing this piece before his birthday, so it will remain ongoing for now, but I'll be sure to PM each of you that contributed a link when it's done so you can see the outcome! That Talk show has been running in Australia this year. In the TV menu it always just calls the show 'Conan' with no further information,,,, so for the first few months when the show first started, i would get all excited to see the name 'Conan' and expecting to see sword wielding barbarians i would quickly switch to it and then suffer huge disappoint to find some fxxxwit talk show!!!
Ahahahaha that talk show host got no love outside US!

Tbh the only American talk show host I like is Craig Ferguson. He's just so damn awesome and classy (watch his monologues after his parents died and watch his statements about how he will not diss Britney Spears and her alcohol problem. They're all on youtube!).

The irony is that he came from Scotland, so it's not a pure American talk show host (even though he actually show himself when he went and gain his US citizenship).

I don't dislike Conan because of how good/bad his talk show is, i dislike/hate him because of the fact that he caused me to think a nice Barbarian show was on but then like, "hahaha sucker, i fooled ya, its just me" !!! GNNRRRRXXX@#%

Its a bit off topic, but yea Craig Ferguson is ok, well brilliant as far as that type of show goes, but talk shows not really my thing, only watch because nothing better on.... such as Conan the Barbarian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well of course, this forum is way too overwhelmed with new and interesting topics to afford any old ones hanging around.... and there are so many members all trying to talk here that we can easily afford people to disappear off to PM conversations!
