I thought I'd be able to resist the Steam sale, but they put Wizardry 6-8 85% off, and I went for it,

Is the sales still on? I guess I missed it this time.

I was slightly considering getting any of these:

Dark Souls
Hitman Absolution
Tomb Raider

as I think all of them got quite low on price (well under 10€ anyway, closer to 5€ if I recall right), but then decided that no need to add more DRM-games to my backlog which I don't intend to touch in the near future anyway. It is not like their price is going up over time, and especially in the case of Dark Souls I prefer waiting to see what happens to its various DRMs over time (mainly, are they going to release a GFWL-free version of it, if they haven't already?).

If they hadn't had DRM, I wouldn't have thought twice about adding them to my personal digital gaming library, to be played sometime in the (distant) future. Like I do with GOG games constantly.

xxxIndyxxx: Exactly: 50% off for call of duty games is still way off. Shame though: I am only interested to play the SP and probably only once so yeah i can't really go over 10€ for blops 2....and that's never gonna happen because ..you know... activision and COD.
COD games never get big discounts, they sell well enough at higher prices.

khnk222: I was going to get Monaco for like 75% before the voting ended and I saw the majority voted for freaking Spelunky (that game is a pain in the ass based on my experiences playing the free version). Damn you Spelunky, damn you!
Monaco was already featured in a daily deal. I think it was at the first day of the Steam sale.

I'm actually enjoying this Steam sale. I bought far more games than i did at the previous sale.

Pawun: cs go being on every sale resulted in massive amount of cheaters... every freaking match there is at least 1 person with aimbot, speed hack or wall hack....

AzureKite: I tend to write it off on me not playing CS for a long time since CS 1.6 and simply getting older (and reflexes getting dumber). Sure there are hackers from time to time, but not in every match. IMO.
