Hey everyone,

I know this is not really related to gog.com but I saw a few other topics that werent as well; so Im giving this a shot :)

I became a member of direct 2 drive for that 15 percent member discoun,t but when I apply it to the curent spring break sale it vanishes. Nowhere did it say that I couldnt use both. Even this site says that the members discount applies to everything and that it stacks up.

http://www.vg247.com/2011/01/15/fileplanet-subscribers-get-15-off-on-direct2drive-games/

Anyone know what to do?

Just to be absolutely clear about this:

1. You are using the exact same login details for D2D as your premium Fileplanet account?
2. You have fully completely your personal details in your account?

Personally I found myself unable to make a purchase from D2D until I'd completed the information in my IGN Network account (which covers D2D and Fileplanet). Things like address, DOB and the like seem to be required before it will let you purchase anything. Possibly this is due to age and regional restrictions affecting some titles.

On the D2D page if you click your username in the top right (after you've logged in of course) and select My Account you should have the option there to edit your account details.

All you can do is contact their support and hope that they get it sorted before the code expires. If you have a twitter account then from what I've heard that can get you a faster response from many places. I don't know about D2D but it's got to be worth a shot.
never went on twitter before, might try it this time hehe.
