timppu: How about "11th Hour, The"? Why on my alphabetical list it is between "Hotline Miami" and "Icewind Dale 2 Complete"? Does GOG think "1" is the same as "I"?

Good point... but now I noticed that if you browse all GOG games by title, there 11th Hour and 1nsane are the two first titles? So if your theory is correct, then My Games catalog treats them differently to the generic game list.
