Drakengard and Nier, shame the gameplay in the former is so terrible.
Inquisitor. And keep an eye on Age of Decadence, if the game ever comes out.
Amnesia: dark descent is dark but mostly exploration and also I can slingshot some crap in gods face but I have trouble playing that game.

lowyhong: Mm there was this game that I think uses the Gold Box games' engine. The story is about this guy and his girlfriend who get banished to Hell or something, and the guy gets separated from his GF. Very dark game, though there is some (equally dark) humour. I can't remember what the name is.
You mean Escape from Hell, which uses the Wasteland engine?
Uh...Darksiders and Baldur's Gate II come immediately to mind. And if you're willing to trust the fanbase, Neverwinter Nights has some mindblowing horror-themed modules created by the community that are small games in their own right.
I'm going to Suggest the Geneforge series. I find that they have some dark themes, it's about a world where the leaders play god. I also like that it's not the faux-gothic that seems to be all the rage nowadays.

trusteft: Any dark RPGs? Not necessarily the colors lol, but the theme, like, adult themed, and I am not talking about nudity.

If you have suggestions, list them here please.
Almost all western RPGs are "dark" and "gritty". Sadly, I don't think many of them are adult enough, but they usually have some pretty disturbing undertones if you pay attention to the story and the world.
Planescape and Fallout 1 (I felt that 2 was a little less atmospheric and a little more goofy).
The Shin Megami Tensai Series are pretty dark. It's split into several spin offs most notably the Persona and Digital Devil Sagas. The tvtropes link can explain it better than I can: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ShinMegamiTensei

I've only played Persona 3, but I am looking to try out more games in the series. In Persona 3, the main character discovers that there is a hidden hour of the day that is referred to as the dark hour. During the dark hour, normal humans are transformed into statue-like coffins, and monsters called shadows run rampant and attack the untransformed. Few people are aware of this hour and an even rare few have an ability called the "potential" which means they can a summon monster called persona to help fend them off. The game consists of the main character trying to unravel the mystery of the dark hour and Tartarus, a tower that the school transforms into during the dark hour.

Persona 3 opening: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BSsUH6M8xBg
Planescape: Torment is probably the most adult one I have played.

Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer was more high fantasy, but still had some more adult themes than the other NWN games, and it certainly had a darker tone than most other Faerun based role playing titles.

Antimateria: Yeah, bloodlines is good.. Though Shadow hearts or what was it in ps2, I would have liked that game to be in pc but most likely I only have memories. *tears... then forces v-sync*

Edit: If I think rpgs.. Most which are in pc are a bit too serious, I kinda miss jrpg-things. I was good at those, and combat was good. Still, pc tells you a better stories and less colours. =) I loved wild arms 1 (ps1) also. Had to mention again.
Yes, Shadow Hearts with the Judgement Ring? It had (I think ) two sequels, Covenant and one whos name escapes me, I think it had an indian girl on the cover (been awhile), there were some great RPG's on the PS2 :) ...EDIT SH: From the New World.

Darksiders was great, like a cross between Zelda and Soul Reaver, sequel is out next year I believe.

It was the judgement ring-game and I really just played the first. 2 times. It was really great, even after all those final fantasies and all other things. That was dark but still a weird sense of humour and a freaking solid game.

No it's an isometric RPG. I know I've come across it at one point, maybe on an RPGCodex LP, but I can't remember the name right now.

-edit- Ah, found it. Apparently there's no girlfriend involved, and it uses the Wasteland engine, not the Gold Box games'. But yeah, pretty dark game. Also, for crying out loud, you can actually have Stalin and Mozart in your freaking party!
