Complain to support. I can't recall what it was called, but D2D specifically included in the sale the ability to re-download as part of the purchase price. Demand a refund if Gamefly has decided to breach the terms of sale.

Checking the downloads tab, I see they have Matrix Online available (a game that was shut down 4 or 5 years ago) but not most of my current titles. And most worryingly, no Swat 4, the only game I have from D2D that I can't seem to find anywhere else =(.

Still, this begs the question of what's the point of wasting sever space providing a download to a DEAD MMO!?
