Has anyone had any trouble over the past couple days getting a hold of customer service? I have a ticket in that is 4 days old and haven't heard anything from them.
Do we need to send someone in to go check on them?

4 days old? So you sent it Friday afternoon?

Usual response time is 2 business days, though during times with increased support tickets (like sales) it may take a bit more. Also, during times with increased ticket volume, tickets are prioritized.

Also, you did get the automated message when you sent your ticket, right?
I sent a request November 13. :P

Yeah I got the automated message and email them for a status update with no avail. It was for a billing issue so I figured it would have been handled pretty quickly

Billing issues are usually handled quite fast. Unsure if replying to the email changes the queue though.
If you don't have an answer today, I'd suggest PM a blue tomorrow to ask for an update.

Whelp still nothing and I pm'd a blue also to no avail. I hate to have to go through PayPal but it looks like I might have to.
im waiting for a week now and no response
