I don't get though why the version they have up for download is 11.3.1, when the current version for sale is 11.2.2.

Free for a limited time as in the download links are only available for a certain period of time, or as in the installer will only work for a few days (as in for example that Giveaway of the Day website... *shudder*) ?

Noticed it yesterday, and registered. I'm not currently using Linux, but I try it occasionally and I'm often put off by hard it is to do some things. Getting games to run easily would certainly help make it more palatable. Pity I don't have much time to play around with this now.

I generally buy their products to support the cause, nearly all the code they develop ends up in Wine, so even if I let things lapse at some point, I still benefit from previous contributions.
