I purchased four games on the first of this month in a single order (Fallout 1-2, Planescape Torment, Legend of Grimrock). When it came time to checkout I filled the info to purchase by credit card. The process took forever when I confirmed and it then said after a long while that they couldn't process my order. I tried the process once again and checked my bank statement and TWO identical transactions have appeared for GOG, 33$ and a few cents each.

I've sent an email to GOG but no confirmation email was sent back to me. I called my bank to cancel the second purchase of the same games (that each totalled 33$ and a few cents in GOG) and they left the first purchase so that GOG could activate them on their end or something.
The games are still not listed on my account.
Any idea what to do? Support hasn't wrote back and there isn't any sign they have actually got the mail I have wrote twice just to make sure...

It's normal that there is no confirmation, lot's of people already wondered about this. Normally you should hear from the support team soon, normally it takes a few days, but there may be some delay because of the easter holidays :-)

They did get the message (support page a bit broken). When did you write the ticket, could be that easter got them flooded and they are just working through it.

But usually GOG is really fast with that kind of problems. My guess is that we will see some blue text here in about 12 hours, as TET is usually scanning the net for those threads. But he is probably asleep right now (GOG is based in Poland).

And I'm anticipating a ninja ;-)
That is indeed strange, they should have gotten back to you during the last week. Try PMing one of the staff (blue poster).
Not Ninja, it is (or was^^) Pirate ;-)

gameon: Sorry, but whats being a ninja got to do with some GOG.com errors?
I was expectig that somebody answered it, because that usually happens with those questions. And I was right. Therefore I didn't need to edit the post with a

I only found out yesterday so it is kinda short notice for them to write back I guess, it's just kinda stressful sometimes to go through these motions due to unforseen technical problems :)
