This is a strange bug. I was able to buy things earlier, but now I can't because the card holder name box isn't showing. Has anyone else had this problem or is it my browser? Screenshot attached.

After you enter the year, try pressing the 'Tab' key to move the cursor to the name box. That should do the trick. I think it might be a formatting issue where the name box is underneath the other fields and out of view.
