stoicsentry: Not as well versed on Norse mythology as I would like, but I would imagine it would be more the Aesir and the Giants. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the Vanir were at war with the Aesir during Ragnarok. Is that right?
Yes, you are correct. It is the fire Jotunn and the forces of Hel that are the Aesir-Vanir antagonists in Ragnarok. And they also fight great beasts like Fenrir and the world serpent. Learning something new every day...
stoicsentry: I think you could argue that, with a few minor exceptions. Granted, I'm no religious history expert, but I doubt something like Taoism would conceptualize the world like this. Still, there's a subtle point to be made in the way the question is phrased, and I'll be happy to reveal it once the time for guesses is over.
spindown: Okay, in that case I'll go with Scientology.
That's a bit of a bizarre guess... I'm no scientologist but don't really think it places humanity at the center of the galactic war
tarangwydion: Jediism, of course. Just kidding! :-D
I think the answer is Zoroastrianism.
I actually think Jedi-ism would be a totally legit answer, except that it isn't limited to humanity. Like, all the super awesome jedi masters and sith lords are nonhuman.
